Our sweet baby Charlie arrived on June 30th (a little early) to enjoy the Fourth of July (my favorite! He was our third baby, our third miracle, and not a single moment goes by that we don't think of him and miss him. Baby G #3 is expected to join our growing family on July 14th! We are so lucky to have two of the most beautiful babies in the world! August 23rd will never be the same! This is our first ultrasound. We are expecting twins in October. This is Scout Gesenhues. Friday, July 31, 2015. The past two days was the first time in close to ten years that the entire crew from Apt C was able to be together over night. We have had many other occasions (including weddings, babies, birthdays, etc.) where we have gotten together but someone has always been missing during our visits with one another or the trip was less than 24 hours. Wednesday, June 18, 2014. Most things improve with age, so they say. I normally only post things that are good, that I want others to enjoy (or keep in business! The room is nice, the lodge restaurant is reasonable enough (I had a nice burger and fries for $6.49) and the pool is excellent.but cold. Come! If you are military or in education, make sure you mention that. It is a reduced rate. You know me and food! Not a lot to do here at night. So, we need to walk and go out to walk the golf course!

Our Crazy Little Life. Sunday, November 23, 2014. This year's Disney World trip was the trip that wasn't supposed to happen (and maybe we should have stuck to that idea). The kid and the mom were ok with this reality, but the dad simply was not. He just couldn't imagine not going back to the most magical place on Earth and it really depressed him. So, we decided to go one more round. To top it off, the car still wasn't working when we got home. In hindsight, we should have just stayed home.
