Just another gluten free and vegan blog. October 25, 2015. 1 cup crunchy peanut butter. 200g (1 cup, firmly packed) brown sugar. Equivalent to one Egg Replacer. 1 cups GF Plain Flour. Preheat oven to 180 C. Line a baking tray with non-stick baking paper. Beat the nutelex and peanut butter in a mixing bowl with electric beaters until creamy. Add the brown sugar and beat until pale. Just another gluten free and vegan blog. Basic creamy vegan dal. June 12, 2014. Tin of lentils (drained and washed), half an onion (finely chopped),. 2 tomatoes finely chopped,. Tablespoon of curry powder (depends on your taste). 1 tsp cumin powder. 1/2 tsp Garam Masala. 2 tablespoons of nuttelex. 1/4 cup Soy milk. Cook until the onion and tomato is soft. Add a cup of water and slowly cook it until its reasonably thick. Add soy milk and keep cooking til thick again. Serve with plain rice or roti bread!

June 25, 2014. 4 tablespoons olive oil. 3/4 cup chopped onion. 1/4 cup chopped celery. 1/2 cup chopped carrots. 1 can drained and rinsed lentils. 2 cans chopped tomatoes. 1 tablespoon tomato paste. 1 1/2 cups cubed potatoes. 1 quart “chicken” stock. 2 small cloves garlic, minced. 1/2 cup gf pasta, cooked and rinsed. Enough cooked pasta for 4 people. 1 TBSP olive oil. Jar of tomato purée (around 400ml). Container of Tofutti’s Better than Cream cheese (one or 2 depending on how creamy you want it). Half punnet Cherry tomatoes (Or baby Romas) sliced in half. Italian herbs to taste. Add the Cream cheese to taste and stir through thoroughly.
