For me, my goals are going to be small steps that I can achieve. My intention is to get control of the candida monster! To do this I need to limit and take away its source of life, which is sugar. Is all about cutting back sugar in the form of alcohol, chocolate, sweets and chips. Is to get stronger through exercise.

What does an angry Candida Monster look like? Well, it is 4:45 am and I haven’t slept a wink! I feel sleepy and irritated at the same time.
