Saturday, 11 February 2012. Weight loss has been a bit slow, only list 3-4 pounds since I last updated you. But! My fat content has gone from 33% to 28% and my muscle mass has increased 2% as well. I can actually see a line of definite muscle on my thigh.in 3 weeks.this is actually working. Week 4 run 1. Ok so week 4 started today. Haven't missed a run yet! Tuesday, 31 January 2012. Saturday, 11 February 2012. Week 4 run 1. Ok so week 4 started today. Haven't missed a run yet! Today was the usual 5 minute warm up walk 3 minute run 1.5 walk 5 minute run, and repeat for a total of 16 minutes running. Can't believe I can actually do that now. I'm still exercising and I'm trying to watch my caloric intake but I'm just not as dedicated as I should be. My friend's doctor told her that weight loss is 90% diet and 10% exercise so I know where my problem lies. Why does food have to be sooo good? But you can do it! May 23, 2008 at 10:33 AM. BACK FAT BE GONE. Thursday, June 19, 2008. I FINALLY got below 143lbs. The last time I weighed myself I was 139. Oh happy day! Four more pounds to go and I'll be at my goal weight. My exercise partner has been out of town but I continued to exercise (half heartedly) without her and I've been watching my calories. The dr. Said that my clavicle has separated from my shoulder blade, so starting Monday, I won't be able to lift my right arm for ten days *sigh*. What the crap, man? So instead of body rock.
