Get Fit Fun 101 with Linda. 10oz bag baby spinach. 4TBS sliced red onion. 4TBS fat free Italian dressing. 4 packets artificial sweetner. Clean spinach and lettuce and combine in a bowl. Toss greens with strawberry and red onions. Mix together dressing, balsalmic vinegar, worcestershire, and artificial sweetner. Add more sweetner if desired. Toss dressing with greens, sprinkle with almonds and serve. This salad is so simple and yummy to prepare. I like it with a little extra balsalmic and sweetner.
