I hopped on the scale this morning hoping for some good news, dont we all? 160;I decided to do my main weigh-ins twice a week instead of once a week like I was doing and I thought today would be a day to do it. I always seem to have a hard time getting situated on the scale and end up with the dreaded -E- for error and have to step down and then get back on. Maybe its a part of me that fears what this thing will show me almost as if Im flinching lol.

I hopped on the scale and found that I did lose some weight, not as much as I had hoped but as I posted yesterday I thought my splurging on Thanksgiving might give me a setback but at 290 lbs, overall I can't complain. :). I'm really looking forward to next weeks weigh-in! I'd really like to see the scale smile back at me saying 285. Living a Low Carb Life!
