I missed a post for a work out WAY back when on day 18 or 19.I did a Legs and Back work out and didn't blog it. So I'm actually on Day 28 right now and not Day 27.I'll adjust on my future posts.Argh! Day 27 - Yoga X. Not the most perfect of poses.but, I'm still doing it! Day 26 - Core Synergistics. Friday, May 29, 2009. Day 24 - X Stretch.
