A journey from injury to fitness using home gym equipment. Thursday, 24 January 2008. Firstly I'd like to apologise for my absence, I've been working hard on other projects and now I'm back to work. Not fully fit and still in a lot of pain, I am however down to using one crutch and I am able to use an exercise bike for around 40 mins a time without too much pain, (it actually hurts more walking to the gym than it does pedalling away for 40 mins).
