The Get Heeled 5K was founded by a local organization known as The Pink Pacers. Specifically for Family Support Services. As the state’s only public comprehensive cancer center, UNC Lineberger’s ability to provide these services is dependent on the support of many community organizations and partners who, like the Pink Pacers, want to make a difference for cancer patients and families. Play and Occupational Therapy. Computers with games and computer access. Pediatric and family counseling.
