Survival is a Game. So today we were maxing out Deadlifts, something I usually enjoy. However, as of late I’ve been stuck at 295lb (my 1RM is 315lb). So of course this morning I hit 295lb and couldn’t lift 315lb. I was beyond bummed and to make matters worse I tweaked my lower lower back, also know as my ass/hips? CrossFit Zeal] Today is Memorial Day so in honor of those who have fallen we did Hero WOD “Bradshaw”. 8220;Bradshaw” 10 Rounds for Time. 3 Handstand Push-ups (abmat). Still nowhere near good enough at DUs to do them so I went with Singles. Afterwards I sat in front of the fan for about 15-20 minutes to cool off. Yes, I’m a fan whore. 2 Squat Cleans (every 30 sec for 5 minutes). 5 Power Cleans (145lb). 4 Rounds 5 PC. CrossFit Zeal] This is going to be quick.

Just another WordPress.com site. What were you doing at 6 am this morning? Well, I was WODing it out at the gym with more than a dozen of my closest friends…. I got to the gym with plenty of time for lower body focused mobility. I have been pretty sore in strange places this week, which can easily be attributed to the change in programming. We are working different muscles, yo! Speed Squats (to 12 Box). 12 2 @ 63lbs, rest 30-45 seconds. I partnered with Claire Bear and Mama Gray and we busted these out!
