Apparently, we're back to the stage of needing to make sure we're noticed. We've started decorating things we shouldn't with permanent markers again. * SIGH* Thank goodness he's cute. This is his Marilyn Manson imitation. As long as he doesn't start putting on fake boobs and red contact lenses. Posted by The Stitchin' Sheep at 10:24 AM. I Wish I Had One.

Friday, 20 November 2015. Or 'Sock-ing' if you will! After putting together some new Christmas themed 'Hexie' English Paper Piecing (EPP) packs. And totally falling in love with the small scale festive prints by Riley Blake I decided to whip up a new Christmas Stocking to show them off with a bit of a traditional sock design. It's so jolly looking! Gloomy day pictures don't really do it justice. I had intended to place it on sale alongside the kits at 'Make and Do'. Not long now till the 'big C'. The ima...

http://woolyninja.blogspot.com/2011/03/long-time-no-post.html
Sunday, 27 March 2011. Long time no post. Just because I haven't posted doesn't mean I have been sitting on my hands. I finally finished spinning this handspun for a sweater, I've been plotting what the sweater/cardi should look like and have cast on. The fibre is from. And is a glorious mishmash of fibres (merino, silk, camel, angelina) and colours (blue, silver, azure, purple), the overall effect is a heathery silver blue with subtle sparkle and tweedy highlights. 27 March 2011 at 21:07.

Mutterings and musings about my adventures into the world of knitting and all things woolly! Tuesday, January 22, 2008. Life skills in knitting. I knit because it helps me to relax. I knit because there is sod all on the tv. To watch. I knit because I love watching a length of yarn and two needles make something with shape and form, something beautiful. I knit for many reasons. Today I realised that it has also taught me something very important.how to hand wash. Don't ask.a present from MIL! Less than a...

Mutterings and musings about my adventures into the world of knitting and all things woolly! Wednesday, September 17, 2008. I said I'd been knitting in my prolonged absence, didn't I? Well I'd forgotten just what I'd started and finished til I got it all together to photograph it for the blog and Ravelry. Anyway, Jomps' brother knew it was a boy so I picked out this little set:. Pattern: Snuggly Baby Bamboo #1734 Striped Baby/Child V-Neck Pullover or Slipover Vest from the booklet Baby Bamboo Knits.

Monkey House Jam: February 2015
http://monkeyhousejam.blogspot.com/2015_02_01_archive.html
Wednesday, 11 February 2015. In Luzern; the Tinguely museum. In Basel; Solothurn. The Kambly biscuit factory. We had a couple of days off while some new shelves. Were being delivered, but generally had lots of fun. Of course all this jollying around on trains meant that there wasn't a whole lot of crafting going on. I managed to do a few swatches of various increase and decrease related knitting for the city and guilds course. But sadly, no quilt progress has been made. I knitted for him ages ago.
