During 1-800 Contacts' company party this summer I was the last name called for one of the grand prizes - a trip to see an NFL team play and enjoy the hometown! We then spent some time at the Golden Gate Park. We really liked the Conservatory of Flowers and the Japanese Tea Garden. Wednesday, June 15, 2011. One Year Down.Many to Go! My goal was to edit and finish these wedding photographs at least one year from when we tied-the-knot. I'm happy I was able to do so and see how much Sam and I mean to each other through these photographs. Thank you to our wonderful photographer Casey Hyer who did an amazing job and who visited the Temple with Sam and I three times in order to have these delightful memories preserved. Tuesday, September 11, 2012. The Re-Fi: 15 vs 30. I bought in March of '09 at 209K, but it appraised then for $230K. Then we learned why it's wise to avoid changing jobs while in this process for employment verification purposes. I was dealing with one HR department that needed my last paycheck to clear first while the new HR department didn't completely have me in their systems yet. Then to learn I was switching back again made it all the more important that we hurry the papers through. J and J Bath.

Monday, April 18, 2011. Cruise'n with the Spencers! Last week Jennifer and I spent some much anticipated time in the Caribbean sun! We had a lot of fun and are now just trying to figure out when/how we can go back! We loved our destinations/adventures, enjoyed the entertainment, and unfortunately weren't terribly impressed with the food. But overall, it was a great time. Wednesday, June 3, 2015. This city is full of wires! Everywhere you look someone has added another wire to the mix. We have had a few power outages and one lasted for 1 1/2 hours, it was 106 degrees with no wind, it was not pleasant! In the wind the wires really start swaying back and forth. We have some pretty strong winds down here too! The picture below is of our bed being hauled up the front of our building. I still don't know how they missed hitting all the wires! Thursday, January 29, 2015. Look who came to visit us! It took them 3 days flying standby on Delta to get here! But they look fabulous for spending 3 days in various airports and 2 red eye flights to get here! FYI, the Buenos Aires Temple is very close and on the way to the International Airport!
