Hours are by appointment only and are available Monday to Thursday (noon – 7pm ) and Friday (noon – 5pm). All hours are Pacific Time. Sessions are held in the trainer’s home office, City of Dawson Fitness Centre or Skype. Other locations upon request. Payment may be made using Credit Card, e-transfer, PayPal, cash or cheque. And Exercise is Medicine Level 2.
