Sunday, October 30, 2011. Breakfast: One Scoop of Lean Protein, Almond Milk. Snack: Gluten Free Sweet Potato chips with String Cheese YUM. Dinner: Steak, sweet potato, green beans. Drove half way to Dallas today, so food was hard to come by and I didnt prepare for the drive, drank plenty of water and Xyptix global blend. I grabbed this Gluten Free Magazine at wholefoods the other day as I was checking out, my bill was over 50.00 bucks, how is that? Cherie's Carrot Salad ( This is one of her favorites!
