Monday, January 11, 2010. Hi everyone, things are progressing nicely, have done 2 supercrosses on the new 250, got 2nd and 3rd at the NEC, quite pleased but need the wins to get the championship. The new bike is awesome just need Dad to work his magic on the engine for the outdoor season. I am getting stronger on the bigger bike and need to push the limits with training over the next few months as the National races are longer, MXY2 are going to be nearly 25 minutes so I need to get my butt in gear.

Monday, October 5, 2009. Just counting down the weeks. Me again, no more racing on the 150 but have had a blast the last few weeks training on my good old trusty practice bike, Dads done an awesome jobs getting it sorted, almost as fast as this years race bike! Been training at Wildmoor. And Apex, as usual the guys there have done an awesome job on the tracks, got a few shots from Apex last weekend from Steve at Scorching Images. In the youth lites. Hi everyone, things had been going well since racing at Sheffield, spent some time at Merv Ansties track in preparation for Liverpool Supercross, felt confident in the mornings practice and heat and then crashed heavily during the final at night time. Wednesday, November 26, 2008. Hi everyone, it's been a while since my last update but as it's the quiet season I will fill you in. I have got tonsillitis at the moment, feel real crap and can't ride this weekend. Sheffield SX was awesome, got 1st in the final, riding my new bike as well, things finally came together. Monday, June 16, 2008. First race on my new Honda 150. Just got back from Culham for round 4 of the British Masters. It was my first race on the new bike and i was really excited. I managed to get some good starts with only a small amount of practise. The track got really rough and i tryed my best to stay smooth and ride fast! I was really happy with the bike and looking forward to next weekend, well apart from the long drive to scotland. Will keep you up to date with how i get on. Getspiked - Luke Norris.
