A large rug, designed to incorporate the varied geographical features of the surrounding area, was unveiled at the Blueskin Bay library on Saturday 16 August. Blueskin Bay librarian Louise Booth says the project, funded by the Dunedin City Council's Creative Communities Scheme, began last year under the direction of artist Janet De Wagt.
