So I got home from work around 6pm, finished my dinner by 6:30, had my running gear on at 6:45, 7:00 came and went, 7:30, 8:00, 8:30.ah dam it.I better do it. Walk-jog for 20 minutes (jog for 2min, walk for 2min). 1 x press-up max score(my max score in test was 17). 1 x sit-up max score(my max score in test was 20).
