Monday, 9 January 2017. End of Week 33 - Getting Back to Normal. Everything is returning to normal after the Christmas Festivities and unexpected trips. The girls are back in college/school and hubby is back at work today. Hubby is joining me on this journey, by keeping track of his exercise and calories using My Fitness Pal :-). I am continuing with my getting fit for 50, after all I am 50 for the whole of 2017 :-). Anyways, here's the workouts :-). Lets get on with the weigh in. Weight End of Week 32.
