This morning whilst my husband was in the Park with the girls and their bikes, I was in the hairdressers getting my hair cut, to grow it long! Afterwards I went to find out how long it would take to grow my eyebrows, to a more fashionable fuller brow. I was told that it will take two months – so for the next two months I am going ‘cold turkey’ with the tweezers and leaving my eyebrows alone. Pop on a dress.

The getting fit mum. A blog about a mum getting fit for forty. Wow it’s been a while……….so here’s a wee update! I did do the sprint Triathlon and finish it! 🎉🎉🎉 On my big 40 I felt amazing, my husband bought me a beautiful dress for my birthday and celebrated it with dear friends and family. 40 ROCKS! I continued to squeeze in what exercise I could, while moving house twice! Looking after the girls and my relationship. My youngest daughter has now started school, emotional for me, 😄 she loves it!
