But how do I know what is best for me? I've got to admit it's getting better. Everything-but-leg day, with another new addition, plus 30 minutes of cardio. Last week we added dips, this week we added decline bench press. 3 sets of 10 reps each:. Incline dumbbell press (A-15, J-35). Bench press (A-50, J-120 first 2 sets, 100 last set). Decline bench press (A-45, J- 60 first set, 95 last 2 sets). Chin ups (on the assisted machine – A-minus 70, J-minus 85). Dips (on the assisted machine too – A-minus 55, J-minus 70). Dumbbell rows (A-20, J-40).
