And fruit glaze (not my favorite) and just made the dough. Then I filled it with homemade whipped cream (nothing better) and topped it with fresh fruit, no glaze necessary. Enjoy! 1 1/3 cup all purpose flour. 1/2 cup confectioners’ sugar. 1 stick plus 1 tsp (9 tsp) very cold butter but into small pieces. 1 large egg yolk. A few TB sugar.
