Journey to ALL FEMALES 2008. Follow my journey to the All Females 2008 as I aim to step on Stage in better condition than last year. Thursday, February 28, 2008. 4 in a row. Going well, BLOGGED 4 days in a row. The little daily report thing is working as I suspected. Weights – Back and Biceps. 100% Clean and to plan. 1 litre of herbal white tea. Rest, Relaxation, Recovery. 6 ½ hours sleep last night – NOT ENOUGH AGAIN! Sat and had Lunch with Hubby. 45 minute nana nap (how cool is napping in the day!

The journey of life and learning. Monday, November 24, 2008. I cant beleive it has been a week again. So just a quick post before I fly off to melbourne for a course. Training will be slightly off this week due to the course. I will fit mycardio in without an issue but I have rearranged weights to fit everything in. I trained 2 body parts yesterday (ow) and will do 2 on Thursday and then will have covered the lot by Sat. My food is all preped to take with me on the course so no excuses there. Thanks Rae&...

Wednesday, February 28, 2007. Oh my goodness I recieved my new bikini yesterday :-). Jo has out done her self yet again as it is even more beautiful then I ever imagined. This one is completely different to my lovely red one and I think it will be perfect for the day.

Journey to ALL FEMALES 2008. Follow my journey to the All Females 2008 as I aim to step on Stage in better condition than last year. Sunday, September 30, 2007. Day 7 - 1 Week done. Yes yes yes, I made it. I will weigh in the morning an report this weeks result from the scales. Have tried a few pieces of clothing on that were tight and they are feeling loads better already. So all good even if the scales haven't dropped lots. 5 Meals eaten - 100% clean and on plan. 2 litres - Still not enough but better.

The past few weeks have been tough, I have been doing the self doubt thing and wondering if this is what I want to d, if I can actually do this etc etc. Have had good chats with Hubby, took the time to write whys and why nots down and came to. The conclusion to do it and give it my best shot. I trained legs today.
