It's rather irritating but I have learned that I can just float along as the waves crash. Sometimes it's rough, like today, but I have learned that in my weakness, physically and spiritually, I can make it when I call on Christ for strength. This comment has been removed by the author. Saturday, December 19, 2009. Not much going on over here and that is quite a good thing for us! Dan has been working insane hours so I have been home with the kids quite a bit. I think that maybe that is helping with Luke's sickness. Since I am not taking him to as many places as I normally do I think he is not being exposed to as many sick bugs. If secluding ourselves all winter is what it takes to stay out of the hospital then secluded we will stay! I am really not into having a hospital stay right now.

Friday, May 15, 2009. Update and Great Strides. We actually have been for a week but I am just now getting around to posting. Luke's port is safely in place and doesn't seem to bother him at all. The surgery to place it was so easy and Luke had no problems with the anesthesia. I think that the Dr's scared me more than was necessary :).
