I Could Write a Book: September 2005
http://kristencouldwriteabook.blogspot.com/2005_09_01_archive.html
I Could Write a Book. Wednesday, September 28, 2005. So, just in case I happen to meet someone, get engaged, and get married within the time frame that the current wedding dresses are available, I have a few picked out that I love. Debbie and I were looking at my bridesmaid dress possibilities, and my eyes wandered. Go Miami Redhawks. :0) Beat those silly UC Bearcats! I am sneezing like mad. Silly allergies always hit around midterms and/or finals. This year? Posted by Kristen @ 11:32 PM. Anyway, I am gl...

I Could Write a Book: November 2005

I Could Write a Book. Wednesday, November 30, 2005. Duquesne. [doo-kane] not [doo-quez-nee]. Also, Debbie called somewhere during that time and complained to Ben that he stole her friend (me). It was a good day.I had both Dr. Purves and Dr. Nelson this morning, and I am like a little child, I'm so giddy about those two classes. I can't wait! Here are a few of those words:. Post-modern (are we really there yet.and well enough established in it to have a sound definition of whatever "it" is? And, let's fac...

I Could Write a Book: August 2005
http://kristencouldwriteabook.blogspot.com/2005_08_01_archive.html
I Could Write a Book. Tuesday, August 30, 2005. Well, the worst of Katrina is past us now. But there is so much in disrepair all along the Gulf coast.the pictures are breathtaking. Plus, there are still so many questions left unanswered.and no one in the heavily affected areas is really capable of communication at this point. I hope that people are able to be rescued from roof tops all over, etc. Of course I want. Affected, but there was really no "good" place to be down there. I am really tired after 7&...

I Could Write a Book: April 2006
http://kristencouldwriteabook.blogspot.com/2006_04_01_archive.html
I Could Write a Book. Wednesday, April 26, 2006. One of my favorite people in the world found my blog and called me a "slacker" for not updating frequently enough. I guess he's probably right. But, I suppose I can lean pretty heavily on the "four jobs school volunteer work" thing to justify myself. I have to say that I am incredibly happy right now. Ever since Easter, my life has been a whirlwind of excitement, productivity, hope, and.well.cheesiness. Maria says I'm "twitterpated," Debbie...There are sti...

I Could Write a Book: October 2005
http://kristencouldwriteabook.blogspot.com/2005_10_01_archive.html
I Could Write a Book. Monday, October 31, 2005. Good news bad news. Good news: I just got another email from Ryan! We are officially reconnected after a 2-year hiatus! Bad news: Within his email, he informed me that Fito, the professor among professors in the mass comm dept, known for his crazy style, his daring technique, his hilariously thick accent, and his overtly gay.everything.Fito (Dr. Rodolfo Vidal-Gonzalez) has died! Good news: (As of right now) The STEELERS ARE LOSING! I checked my email, and f...

I Could Write a Book: January 2006
http://kristencouldwriteabook.blogspot.com/2006_01_01_archive.html
I Could Write a Book. Tuesday, January 24, 2006. I am half way done with my Job paper that's due tomorrow. Actually, it's my. Paper, as I decided that the first one (which was also nearly half-finished) stunk. I am hoping to use bits and pieces of it in this paper however. However, I'd rather be watching the American Idol auditions. They are lame, but they're also mindless, and they make me laugh. Which is more than I can say about writing a depressing paper on a depressing topic. 6 38 days until Chicago!

I Could Write a Book: March 2006
http://kristencouldwriteabook.blogspot.com/2006_03_01_archive.html
I Could Write a Book. Wednesday, March 29, 2006. It is a glorious day here in Pittsburgh, PA. The sun is shining, the breeze is mild, and I get to wear my flip flops.again! It's remarkable what nice weather does to the people around here- but, then again, good weather is fairly anomalous around these parts, so I shouldn't be too surprised that it is so mood-shifting. Still, it's nice to have the weather acting as a pick-me-up. That there are only 7 weeks finals left for me.and then.ALASKA! Ok, I have a q...

I Could Write a Book: July 2005
http://kristencouldwriteabook.blogspot.com/2005_07_01_archive.html
I Could Write a Book. Sunday, July 31, 2005. I had a nice trip back in time today.I found my copy of. The Carebears Adventure in Wonderland. And knew that I would be a horrible person if I didn't watch. Yes, it is still as entertaining as ever. I even called my sister to play her the song during the end credits. She laughed too. But, then Zach and Julie showed up, so J had to get going. Posted by Kristen @ 11:06 PM. Have you ever seen the movie. Save for the experience of one bitter outsider. Of less imp...
