Line an 9" x 9" pan with foil (overlap top edges) and lightly butter. Combine and press into pan. Bake for 8 minutes. 1 cup GF ginger cookie crumbs. 3 tablespoons butter, melted. In a mixer, combine and mix at medium speed until well blended:. 2 - 250 gram packages of cream cheese, softened. 1/2 cup sour cream. 1 1/4 cup brown sugar, packed.
