http://gfree-ed.blogspot.com/2015/01/david-bann-restaurant.html
A blog about gluten-free eating in and around Edinburgh. Twitter: @GFreeEdinburgh. Wednesday, January 14, 2015. David Bann is an Edinburgh institution, representing vegetarian cooking at its best. Known for good service and surprisingly tasty food, this is a great destination for vegetarians and meat eaters. The restaurant immediately offered a separate menu, with scribbles in all the right places to enable easy gluten free choices. Side orders included some very tasty and gluten free chips with dips:.

A blog about gluten-free eating in and around Edinburgh. Twitter: @GFreeEdinburgh. Sunday, May 27, 2012. I haven't written much lately, but it is getting to be BBQ season (even if a bit late, and probably a bit brief), and I did have a chance to try some interesting rolls and burgers:. A sample Waitrose "LOVE life" line of gluten-free roll. Waitrose, like the other major supermarkets in the UK, now has a line of gluten-free products. That includes a package of white rolls. Small: a package of six burgers...

http://gfree-ed.blogspot.com/2014_11_01_archive.html
A blog about gluten-free eating in and around Edinburgh. Twitter: @GFreeEdinburgh. Sunday, November 30, 2014. Best Gluten Free Pizzas in Edinburgh. Just because you are diagnosed with any intolerance or allergy does not mean you have to resort to eating rubbish. It also does not mean you need only buy food from the Free From shelves or eat ready made meals. Similarly it also does not mean you have to eat in whole food restaurants and live on mushrooms. Life goes on and a good life always includes pizza.

We just came back from a very tasty dinner at Little Vietnam. 79 Dalry Road EH11 2AA), which has opened recently. The decor is simple and relaxing, with an authentic feel. Our waiter was very friendly, and the service was very good. The place is a new favourite. It is BYOB. They also do take away, and according to their Facebook page. Sunday, October 21, 2012. 25 Rodney Street, EH7 4EA).

A blog about gluten-free eating in and around Edinburgh. Twitter: @GFreeEdinburgh. Sunday, December 21, 2014. G&V Hotel, Royal Mile. The G&V hotel on the corner of the Royal Mile and George IV Bridge in Edinburgh is a fashionista's dream. Having rebranded from the Missoni earlier this year, the Hotel will be having a major facelift in early 2015, but the high standards of service and food will remain. This is five star excellence at its best. Main course I had a piece of seriously tender lamb, with fenne...

Gluten-Free in Edinburgh
A blog about gluten-free eating in and around Edinburgh. Twitter: @GFreeEdinburgh. Tuesday, January 20, 2015. A Quick Lunch at Hotel du Vin, Edinburgh. Anyway, to the restaurant. As it is January and it was a working lunch, we had a quick main course followed by a cup of peppermint tea. I ate the cod with puy lentils and my gluten eating friend had liver and mashed potato, which looked delicious, though possibly quite filling for lunch! I did remember to photograph my meal this time! There is a good rang...
