Obruni, where are you going? Thursday, August 7, 2008. With working starting in August, Amanda and I decided to spend a month traveling in Burkina Faso and Mali. Obruni, where are you going?: Fungus: 1 Dave: 0

http://ghanalife2007.blogspot.com/2007/11/fungus-1-dave-0.html

Obruni, where are you going? Thursday, November 29, 2007. Fungus: 1 Dave: 0. So there might be some weird fungus/infection on my leg but. It's been almost two weeks and I'm still here. I've been to the doctor's twice now - two separate doctors neither has appeared to worried - so I'm hoping I will still have it when I return. As Amanda's birthday was coming up, we decided to head for another quiet destination. We found a secluded hotel on a supposedly bilharzia-free lake, although this was the beginn...

Obruni, where are you going?: The great bat migration

http://ghanalife2007.blogspot.com/2008/02/great-bat-migration.html

Obruni, where are you going? Friday, February 22, 2008. The great bat migration. There are few things in our life right now that resemble routine/consistency with some exceptions - one being the daily migration of thousands of fruit bats through Accra. Every night, around 5:30pm the bats move across the sky to an unknown destination, but somehow manage return before dawn. It's one of the more impressive sights I've seen and then I think.they're bats - it's fantastically creepy. Just some updates -. Dude,...

Obruni, where are you going? Monday, January 28, 2008. It’s been a long time since my last confession and a lot has transpired since. The past month and half has been roller coaster of utter relaxation or hair pulling stress as Amanda and I were not only trying to finish up a $1.3 million proposal to USAID but also entertain friends and family. Let me set the scenario up first for those who don’t know what we’re doing here, a little background about ASPI. Now don’t get me wrong here. Deep down, based...

Minha vida em Ghana: 05/10/08 - 12/10/08

http://diariodeghana.blogspot.com/2008_10_05_archive.html

I'm moving from this town. Aí vou eu. Brazuca. DIA 17 aterriso back em SUMPA!

Estoy regresando a casa.

Minha vida em Ghana. Histórias e relatos do meu percurso nos 'além-mares'. Normalm...
