The Mission of Ghashful. Ghashful exists to establish and maintain the rights of poor and vulnerable people including women, adolescent. Boys and girls, and children, by making them conscious and self-reliant. The Vision of Ghashful. Ghashful envisions a conscious, self-reliant Bangladesh where equality and human rights are ensured. Ghashful have received significant awards for its brilliant efforts in development arena since its inception. The awards that received Ghashful are as follows:. Awarded as best organization of Chittagong division and received president gold medal in 1990. MrsJosna Khanom, Field Health visitor of Ghashful was awarded as best worker of Family Planning activities in Chittagong division and received crest from the hon’ble Prime Minister of the People’s Republic of Bangladesh in 1996.
