In short, Thich Quang Duc self-immolated himself in protest of persecution of Buddhism in South Vietnam in 1963. The thing that is really amazing is that he never made a sound. No screaming or groaning, not even a sigh. He just sat there, perfect posture, in complete control of his body and mind. Letting it all go. A mug my kids made for me. 3 or 4 DVD's.

It will probably be changing over the next year. In no particular order). Find the true meaning of life (for me) *done*. Use my bike for most of my commuting. Compete in a Triathlon. Get my body into peak condition. Get rid of all my "stuff" and live simply *almost done*. Find "the one" and love her like I'm supposed to *workin' on it*.
