Now a days, eating better doesn't mean restricting what you eat, instead it just means making better choices. A healthy diet doesn't mean you can't have bread. It means selecting Multi Grain over White bread and instead of eating it 5x a week, maybe its only 3x. Instead of Fried, eat Grilled or Baked or Poached or Pan Roasted or Steamed or Boiled ( AHH. Reducing the irritation and inflammation.
