I got it in my mind that I need a new hat for my steampunk gown I'm going to wear this saturday. And I wasn't planning to cover one :D. So for the very first time I started to make a hat from buckram. I started this tuesday and everything went so smoothly, it is now almost finished. All I need to do is decorate it. The embroidered stomacher - Isis Wardrobe. 08:04 am December 3rd, 2014. I finished the embroidered stomacher last week and all in all it took. Almost exactly a month to do it. But then I was ill for two weeks and didn’t. Have energy for any other kind of sewing. So the black jacket the stomacher was. Made for, that one I still not finished. Zaterdag 16 augustus 2014. Voor de verandering: JURKJES! Het eerste jurkje had ik al eerder gemaakt, maar ik vond 'm toch wat te wit. Dus maar geverfd! En meteen een ander jurkje meegeverfd, maar die is niet zo mooi geworden. Een proefjurk (Vogue 2903) die ik eigenlijk nooit af heb gemaakt, maar nu dus wel. Hij was toen al te groot toen ik 'm maakte, nu heb ik 'm nog iets ingenomen voor een collega. Voor een vrijgezellenfeestje van een vriendin gemaakt, geïnspireerd op Desigual. Links naar dit bericht.

Maandag 6 april 2015. Het was toch even wat meer werk dan ik dacht, ook omdat ik het patroon nog moest aanpassen. Maar dit is 'm geworden! Misschien niet helemaal perfect, maar qua model ben ik er erg tevreden over. Ik heb 'm namelijk gemaakt om ook in de rolstoel te dragen. Door het lengteverschil aan de voor- en achterkant kruipt de jurk niet omhoog als je gaat zitten en zit je niet op allerlei plooien of randjes van je jurk. En door de ruches aan de onderkant heb je geen inkijk. 6 april 2015 16:16.

But still, some things were accomplished and now's the time to be proud and not mope about coulda woulda shoulda! I had 14 projects planned for 2009 and I actually made 14, just not exactly the ones planned. My goal was to use stashed fabrics as much as possible 2010, indicated by S.
