Things that go bump in the night. Mysterious Light in the Cemetery–WTF is it? September 10, 2012. We visited Riverview Cemetery in South Bend, Indiana, twice. The first time we caught several orbs on camera. We charged our videocam before the outing, but it was completely drained of energy not far along our walk. The second time, my fully charged camera lost all of its energy. When we moved away from this area, the camera’s charge was restored. I have no explanation for this. So what is that light? Rambl...

Things that go bump in the night. Are You a Highly Sensitve Person? September 11, 2012. If you have any doubts, you’re probably not a HSP (Highly Sensitive Person). These types of people are highly intuitive (great plus) but are also highly vulnerable (great minus). HSPs generally react to changes in the energy vibrations in their environments. This leads some researchers to argue that HSPs have some form of sickness or have right side brain damage. I say: Pshaw! That’s right: Pshaw! These folks are stro...

Things that go bump in the night. Return to Riverview 1 Year Later (Haunted? September 16, 2012. Tonight, we returned to Riverview Cemetery. It was a mild evening, around 68 degrees with calm winds. We visited Riverview twice last year, and it is the creepiest cemetery I’ve ever visited. Sunset–the best time always! We took these photos minutes apart. The first shows a regular cemetery, but in the second picture, it must be some type of mist. We have no logical explanation for it. 2nd Picture with Mist.

Things that go bump in the night. September 18, 2012. While many Spiritualists and Mediums were sincere, many were also frauds. They preyed on victims’ needs to be reassured about their loved ones, who had passed away to another world. The Bloody Benders, however, used Spiritualism to commit mass murder. A reward of $3,000 was offered for the capture of the Benders. It is believed that Pa Bender was arrested for a murder (the murder weapon was a hammer) in Montana in 1884. Things that go bump in the night. September 19, 2012. Over on Photos: Pinellas Park, Florida Haunting. At Spirit Rescue, there are several intriguing pictures. Honestly, though, the photos are so blurry I could not see anything. I’m not sure what to think about it. The researcher admits that the woman who sent in the pictures claimed that her home is located near an old Indian burial ground, but he could not locate any verification of this statement in the records.
