12288; 這陣子因為文忠被挖角的關係，也讓我有機會去日月光面試，看來全家人團聚的日子似乎不遠，但事情似乎不如預期一般順利，那裡的IT需要常出差，而且一次就要3個月到6個月，對於有兩個幼兒的我是非常不適合的。 12288; 7月4號南下日月光面試，在過程中，我可以很明顯的感受到他們需要的是能馬上上戰場的人，能寫程式、能配合出差及能用英文流利溝通的人，聊到最後還討論到現在教育到底是出了什麼問題，為什麼培養出來的大學生都不夠有實力，業界缺人缺得兇，但苦無可用之人。 12288; 說實在的，雖然說小孩會長大，3、5年很快就會過去，但是這段陪伴成長的時間是用金錢換不回來的，如果不是因為這樣，早在頎竣出生前我就會回去業界，那時的我競爭力應該比現在高出許多，當初會選擇家庭，就是因為我想陪伴他們成長，如果工作環境無法配合，去的意願相對就很低了，記得我跟你們談過我希望我的小家庭可以像我們家一樣嗎? 訂閱： 張貼留言 (Atom). 台中市, 南屯區, Taiwan.

Wednesday, April 30, 2008. Today, baby Carson took his first bath at the Yueh-Zhi Center and he seems enjoy the service very much. In the beginning he was kinda surprised by the water but very soon he starts getting used to it and enjoying it. Right now it should be easy to give him bath since he's still little but when he gets bigger and heavier, I guess the bath time will be a challenge for us. :P. Thursday, April 17, 2008.
