Skip to primary content. Gig Buddies is a project that pairs up people with and without learning disabilities to be friends and to go to events together. We regularly recruit new volunteers to buddy up with a person who has a learning disability and are looking for volunteers all over Sydney. If you have a learning disability and would like to go to more events, join Gig Buddies! Your buddy will have a full criminal records check and will be trained and informed about how to support you best.
