Sunday, October 26, 2008. Check out this yarn! It's called PolarKnit, which I purchased at The Loopy Ewe. Such a fun place to shop - they have an incredible, unusual selection of all things yarny. It's such a cool yarn - very thick and knits up super fast. Here's the start of Sam's hat:. I started it this morning using size 10 needles (I cast-on with size 11s) and knitted for maybe 1/2 hour to get to this point. I'm adding onto this post this evening to say the hat is FINISHED! Sunday, November 25, 2007. For Tom and Sam's second degree black belt project, they decided to organize our school's participation at the Headrest Action Fair. They had an information booth about their TaeKwonDo school and did two demos. it went really well! This is Steve, Hugh, Tom, and Sam setting up the booth:. Tom and Jack warming up. Thanks to Jack's mom for working the booth as well! Sam and Sawyer, both of whom are black belts "warming up" Alex. I'm amazed Alex didn't keel over! It was a fun day.

Monday, June 10, 2013. WHERE HAVE I BEEN. Sooooo, where have I been? Very good question, with a really good answer. This is where I have been! Last February I started dating the most wonderful man in the world, and in December we were married in the Bountiful LDS Temple. My wonderful husband has four children, and I have one. so THAT is where I have been. So yes, I will have some new recipies posted. I have a few that are AWESOME to share. Friday, January 9, 2015. EASY WHITE CHICKEN ENCHILADAS. Charity's White Chicken Enchiladas. 2 Lg Cans Chunk Chicken (save the liquid). 2 Cups Chicken Broth (or use chicken liquid water and a bullion cube). 10 Small Flour or White Corn Tortillas. 1 Sm Can Green Chilies. 1 Cup Sour Cream. 2 Cups Mexican Blend Shredded Cheese. Mix chicken chunks with 1 cup of the cheese. Stir until it is broken up a bit. Grease a large casserole dish with cooking spray. Remove from the heat and pour over the rolled tortillas.
