Welcome to Gilford Yellow Huts. We drive you out to the hut in a covered transport sleigh. For safety reasons we do not recommend that you drive your vehicle out on the ice. Our huts are warm and comfortable. You may bring food and even cook on the supplied stoves. We have 12 yellow huts, all you have to do is choose the one that is best for you and your party:. Person Huts - our most popular hut. Seating for 4 or 6 depending on your choice of hut. Propane or battery-powered lamp. Four Seasons hotel only).

Welcome to Gilford Yellow Huts. From the South (Toronto): Take 400 North to Hwy 89. From the North (Toronto): Take 400 South to Hwy 89. Turn right (east) on Hwy 89, go past Hwy 11 to the first stop,. Turn right go to the next stop, turn left on Gilford rd, go to the end of the Gilford rd, and you have arrived. Look for a yellow hut at the entrance of the lake, and you have found. Please remember to bring your valid fishing license with you!

Welcome to Gilford Yellow Huts. We are located in the small town of Gilford, one hour north of Toronto near beautiful Cook’s Bay. The drive is scenic and the directions easy. We place our ice huts, depending on conditions and fish availability, approximately two to five kilometers out on the ice. The depths of the water under the ice can vary between fifteen and forty feet of water. Perch fishing is the main catch however it is possible to catch a pike. Thinking of staying overnight? Movie Theatres: 15 Km.
