THE ADVENTURES OF THE GILLSTER. Saturday, August 22, 2009. During the summer months, Japan's sumo stars go on something of a 'Sumo Roadshow' taking the sport outside the major cities giving people who would not normally get the chance to enjoy this spectacle, the chance to do so. Today, we went to the city of HOnjo in Saitama Prefecture north of Tokyo to see a fantastic Sumo show! It was surely a sight to see and if you go to Japan you MUST see a Sumo show!
