Thursday, October 28, 2010. Hi Everyone, thanks for all the comments and questions so far. Luxor was great, my 2 highlights were the hot air balloon over the West bank and Karnak temple which really did take my breath away. Now in Aswan. Been out to Abu Simbel which is another stunning temple (for Ramses 2nd) and well worth the 3am get up to travel to it. The truck, called Twiga-means Giraffe in Swahili.
