Bud McKendrick: March 2007
http://dearace.blogspot.com/2007_03_01_archive.html
A fictional blog of the "Dear Bud" Plogue. Saturday, March 10, 2007. I’m glad you’re getting a little R&R in Denver before the Two Gentlemen onslaught. The upside is that when you’re back in New York we can hang out a bit. Maybe I’ll even do a late-night Therapy session with you! I have to say that it is nice having a maid come in three times a week! Even so, I find myself picking up after her, and rearranging things that she has moved. You know how I can get! Marty has been telling me that his relations...

Bud McKendrick: December 2006
http://dearace.blogspot.com/2006_12_01_archive.html
A fictional blog of the "Dear Bud" Plogue. Friday, December 15, 2006. I can’t wait for you to get here next week. I’ve got all our tickets to see my folks and our skiing trip so everything is all set on this end. I’ve also been rollerblading regularly. It’s been so warm here, you’ll hardly believe it’s New York in December! Posted by Bud @ 5:00 PM. Links to this post. Tuesday, December 05, 2006. Why don’t you ever answer your cell phone? I forgot to ask - when did you learn to play the guitar? If Ace get...

Bud McKendrick: January 2007
http://dearace.blogspot.com/2007_01_01_archive.html
A fictional blog of the "Dear Bud" Plogue. Saturday, January 27, 2007. Hello Friends and Family! Tod told me that he had a couple of auditions that went very well. In the last few months his career has taken an upward swing and I’m really proud of him. He’s got so much talent, I’m sure we’ll all be seeing him on Broadway before long. Personally, I think he should have his own sitcom. People wouldn’t know what hit ‘em! Posted by Bud @ 12:30 PM. Links to this post. Friday, January 12, 2007. After a nice ho...

Bud McKendrick: October 2006
http://dearace.blogspot.com/2006_10_01_archive.html
A fictional blog of the "Dear Bud" Plogue. Saturday, October 28, 2006. Our time in Paris is coming to an end. It’s time to awake from this dream and head back to reality. This has been the happiest week of my life and I can hardly bear to return to New York. There was one perfect thing, and Ace said it to me. He told me he loved me. Then he corrected himself and said that he was. I told him that he. That I was in love with him, didn’t he? I mean wasn’t it obvious? Posted by Bud @ 11:15 AM. Let’s get toge...

Bud McKendrick: November 2006
http://dearace.blogspot.com/2006_11_01_archive.html
A fictional blog of the "Dear Bud" Plogue. Tuesday, November 21, 2006. I can’t wait to see you. Maybe we can have dinner tomorrow night? I’ve spent the last few days sprucing up my apartment, making sure it’s all clean and perfect for his visit. Of course, it’s usually company ready as you know, but I just wanted to really make it nice. I’m not working this week at all, so I’ve had plenty of time. The real estate market is dead, dead, dead this week. Posted by Bud @ 10:14 AM. Links to this post. I was ho...

Bud McKendrick: February 2007
http://dearace.blogspot.com/2007_02_01_archive.html
A fictional blog of the "Dear Bud" Plogue. Sunday, February 25, 2007. First let me say how unhappy I was to hear that Tod lost Bye Bye Birdie, and now how happy I am that he got Two Gentlemen Of Verona in its place! By all accounts, Two Gentlemen will afford Tod a far better showcase than Birdie would have, even though the run is shorter. Or scheduled to be shorter - you never know! I’d like to fly out to SF to see it, but I don’t know if that will be possible. Also learned that Ace really hasn. But stil...

Bud McKendrick: September 2006
http://dearace.blogspot.com/2006_09_01_archive.html
A fictional blog of the "Dear Bud" Plogue. Tuesday, September 26, 2006. I don't understand you. You say our friendship is partly up to me, but I'm not sure how that is possible. You're not here, and I don't actually know where the hell you are, or if or when you're coming back. If you want to be casual friends from afar, I guess I could handle that, but what's the point? Of my legs in the hospital! I later found out that the van that almost hit me wasn't really out of control at all. It was a robbery!
