2016 Herbal Apprenticeship Program. Monday, September 29, 2014. This past week I had some trouble sleeping. My body was physically exhausted after Monday's boot camp, and especially after Wednesday's more challenging one, but in spite of this I could not quiet the racing of my mind. That's because I was fixated on my workouts, and incidentally practicing Wayne Dyer's technique from "I Can See Clearly Now". Which I expect is the reason I was able to handle the remainder of the week in decent spirits.
