Having outgrown the previous poolside location at the Outrigger Reef several years ago, it’s now held at the new Convention Center. I created a way to spice up a boring deviled egg ( though if you ask me, I’ll eat a boring deviled egg any day). 1 Hard boil the egg – I put the eggs in cold water, bring to a boil, then take the eggs and water off the stove to sit for 10-14 minutes. 2 Mix yolk with just enough mayo that its creamy, but still yellow.
