Sunday, October 11, 2009. I have been having the best Sundays lately! I decided back when Stephen and Sarah came back to Michigan for the school year that we would spend Sundays having "family" time. Eating a meal together, doing some sort of activity, and catching up with one another. It's been great! One Sunday we ate pasta and meatballs and just sat around and read, did homework, snacked, and laughed. The next week I cooked Indian food for lunch and we went downtown to look at all of the art prize.

One of 2 miles, one 4 miles, and one of six. {round trips} I usually take the 4 miler every morning. Then I can add to it later in the day. I have tried to do some jogging, mixed in with the walk.
