How can we help? My ezPay payment didnt go through. What happens now? If a customer's ezPay payment defaults, it will automatically attempt to charge the card on file twice more. Once on the next day, and once on the day after that. For example, if a customer's payment fails on the 1st of the month, it will attempt a charge again on the 2nd and 3rd as well. If at anytime you would like to change the payment method on file or make a manual payment, please click HERE. For instructions on how to do so.
