Sidenote: I don’t really cook or shop for two most of the time because my roommate dislikes mushrooms, onions, bell peppers, and ultimately, most green things. Or sometimes, even though she’s ridiculously full, she will still eat the leftovers because she doesn’t want to waste it. It would be. And this was what I had in my veggie drawer:.

The Militant Angeleno's Mess Hall: January 2008
http://militantangelenomesshall.blogspot.com/2008_01_01_archive.html
Sunday, January 6, 2008. Whoa, Blossom: Blossom Vietnamese Restaurant, Downtown. The Militant thought, what better way to start off a new year than to check out one of the newest restaurants to have sprung up in Downtown Los Angeles in the past few months! The Downtown restaurant scene is rather exciting, especially the new east-of-Olive ones that don't empty the Militant's wallet in one visit (of course, such high-end places would rarely, if ever, get coverage here in the Mess Hall). 75 out of 10. For food people, by food people. I’ve never actually eaten a meal at Frontier, but in my mind it is worth the stop for one reason: tortillas. They make incredible tortillas non-stop at this college hangout and sell them at dirt-cheap prices to the masses. They’re vegetarian and delicious. Stop in for a dozen or two and be sure not to walk out without a sweet roll in tow you won’t regret it. Breakfast. Tacos. Need I say more? And cheese. Or the classic migas. I dream of these tacos. And come t...Making sa...
