Thursday, September 18, 2014. 1,000 DAYS TO 100 MILES. I went out for a 3 mile run with East Nasty, a local running group. It was awful. Hot, fatigued and sore, I swore I was done running. I kept running. I started running a lot. Mostly on trails. Mountain races are where it's at! On a Wednesday night run (with East Nasty), Drew Jones said "man, you've come such a long way in the past three years.
