2010 március 16., kedd. Ez a férjem egyik nagy kedvence. Gyakran szerepel a kívánságlistán. Az ötlet úgy jött, hogy a drágám (és én is) imádjuk a kemencében sült kenyérlángost, aminek a feltétje: tejföl, húsos szalonna és lila hagyma. Gondoltam, meglepem valami hasonló íz világú étellel. Így „gyártmányfejlesztettem” (ez az Ő szava) ezt az ételt. 1 nagy pohár tejföl. 2 közepes fej lila hagyma. 2010 március 11., csütörtök. 3 ek nádcukor (lágy sötétbarna). 1 tk őrölt fahéj. A húst megmostam, feldaraboltam. A többi hozzávalót a megpucolt és feldarabolt hagymával együtt turmixoltam. Az így elkészült páclevet a húsra öntöttem és egy éjszakára hűtőbe tettem. Másnap tepsibe raktam és előmelegített sütőben 160 fokon (légkeveréses) először fólia alatt, majd anélkül, addig sütöttem, amíg a hús már forgott a csonton. Köretnek hagymás krumlipürét csináltam hozzá. Feliratkozás: Megjegyzések küldése (Atom).

2010 március 13., szombat. 1/2 citrom / 1 lime leve. 4 nagy gerezd fokhagyma. Az avokádókat meghámoztam, feldaraboltam és nyakon öntöttem a citrom levével. A paradicsomot meghámoztam, kivágtam a csumáját, majd a fokhagymát is megtisztítottam. A hozzávalókat a fűzerekkel együtt pürésítettem. Mi most a fogyókúra jegyében puffasztott tönkölybúzaszeletekkel ettük, de pirítóssal még finomabb. Feliratkozás: Megjegyzések küldése (Atom).
