My friend Martina came over and showed me how to make this German potato salad. So easy, and so good. Feeble attempts at gormet. You are what I feed you. Laquo; Curry Craze-Part 2. Indian Spiced Red Lentils. 2 Tbsp olive oil. 1 onion, diced. Pinch of salt, dash of pepper. 4 garlic cloves, minced. 1 Tbsp fresh grated ginger, or more! 2 tsp Garam masala. 1 1/2 cup red lentils, sorted and rinsed. 1 can coconut milk. One bunch of cilantro. Sticky rice with Mangos. 2/3 cup glutinous white rice (I’ve also used purple/black with much success, but it takes longer to cook). Mangos, ripe, peeled and sliced. 1 Wash the rice until water is clear, then soak overnight in fresh water. 5 Slice mangos and serve with rice.
