Sunday, July 5, 2009. We went to the Spring yesterday for the Mighty Minds competition with Claire, Eu Fern and Amy. I thought there were only going to be a few schools participatings. My Life After 18. Thursday, February 16, 2012. This was the second valentine we spent together. Last year we just manage to celebrate it on the 15th. but this year on the exact date! We had a simple celebration and yet memorable one. hehe! We start with walking around One Jaya cos no place to go. But accidently we found a couple tee for ourself and we are happy with it! Serves 4 - 6. 1 Tb Vegetable Oil. 1 large Garlic Clove, crushed. 1 ounce of fresh ginger - peeled and jullienned (I use a generous sprinkle of ground ginger if I don't have fresh). 2 green onions or scallions, sliced. 12 ounces ground pork or beef or ground chicken (Or none, if you wish). 1 pound firm tofu. Cut into 1/2 inch thick squares. 1 tsp chinese dark soy sauce (If you can, use the good stuff you get in the Asian Market. None of that La Choy or Kikkoman! Hope you love it!
