Their fish flesh is red and tasty, containing good protein, fats, and omega 3 oil. The sierra bow looks like a regular trout but also has red flesh inside. Thursday, July 25, 2013. After visiting many Vietnamese restaurants I have found a great dish known as "bun". It is like a salad with noodles and meat. I liked it so much I tried making it for myself. 1 package of rice vermicelli noodles. Handful of crushed peanuts. Some sort of meat. 1 Boil a pot of water to cook the noodles, and follow the directions on the bag. 2 Cut up the lettuce to make a salad and place in a serving bowl with the finished noodles.
