One day i climbed the hill and when i reached the top there were seven deer, 5 buck. i prowled around in the valley and discovered deer bones. i went back to retrieve gabe because he loves to find femurs and ribs, etc. we searched and found an entire deer short of the skull. Our goal was to reach Utah, where we would spend a long 4th of July weekend with Mark's sister and her family. We made stops along the way and grew quite accustomed to life on the road. The kids were GREAT and I had no pregnancy symptoms! Mark was the perfect navigator - it was as if he knew all about road safety! On the road and heading southwest. Walk with me daddy. Sunday, June 24, 2012. Just recently we returned from our two week stay in sunny Palm Springs, CA. Riding "Cracker Jack" at the street fair. Our favorite place to get a cool treat. Miah and Mark. GBF (Goggle Buddies Forever). These two grown men. Spent the majority of their time in the pool under water doing "tricks" and besting one another at finding rings and holding their breath.
